Figure out what actually matters to you, with others looking for the same. 6-week cohort to clarify your values, explore what's been getting in the way, and build capacity to live more aligned.

before you can live your values, you have to know what they are

The choices you're making look right on paper. They fit someone's version of a good life. But they don't feel like yours, and the gap between what you're doing and what you actually care about is exhausting.

Maybe you're facing a decision and can't figure out what to prioritize. Maybe your values are pulling you in different directions and you can't sort through it on your own. Maybe you're just stuck and need clarity on what actually matters right now.

Six weeks to figure out what's actually yours. You'll work through it with other people who are just as stuck, just as unclear, just as tired of performing like they have it all figured out - and just as eager to dive deep and map out what matters.

who this is for

folks who are reflective, motivated, and tired of doing everything on their own

people whose values feel inherited, borrowed, or built around keeping others comfortable

anyone facing a big decision and needing clarity on what to prioritize

helpers and change-makers who give everything away and lose themselves

folks who do things all the way or not at all, and are trying to build another option

what you’ll get

  • We'll talk about where you are, what you're navigating, and what you're hoping to get clear on.

  • Guided values exploration, group reflection, time to process what's emerging. You'll learn how to identify your values, notice when you're in or out of alignment, work through the tension when values compete, and practice making decisions that actually reflect what you care about.

  • Prompts to deepen the work between sessions and help make meaning during the groups.

  • Connection and support between sessions. Check in when you need it, share what's landing, or what’s getting in the way.

  • We'll debrief your experience, talk about what shifted, and figure out next steps.

  • Cohort graduates can keep meeting with facilitation and accountability support if you want to stay connected to the work and the people.

what we’ll explore

Where you are now - what you're navigating, your stuck points, what you've been doing to cope (and how that's working).

What it looks like to embody your values, what gets in the way, and how to move through it.

The tension between what you've inherited, what you've outgrown, and what's still true. How the felt tension when values compete can be used as information instead of just something to beat yourself up about.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of what your values are, how to use them when you're stuck or overwhelmed, and concrete tools for moving toward the life you want to be living.

how the cohort works

This is a 6-week, live, virtual cohort experience with a small and consistent group. Sessions are interactive and structured, combining guided exercises, reflection, and group discussion. Between sessions, you’ll have prompts and practices designed to help you notice how values show up in real time; access to a private Discord server will allow you to continue the group process, share any stuck-points, and seek accountability.

a brief overview of the arc

  • weeks 1-2: clarifying and naming values as they actually operate and manifest in your life

  • weeks 3-4: identifying misalignment and obstacles; hopes & desires for the future

  • weeks 5-6: integration — experimenting with choices, structures, and supports that make alignment more sustainable

the details

Each session includes guided values exploration, group reflection, and time to process what's emerging. You'll complete workbook prompts between sessions to deepen the work.

This cohort uses a sliding scale based on financial access.

Choose the price that reflects your current capacity. If you can pay more, it helps sustain the work and makes space for those who need the lower tier.

  • A lower-cost option for those who cannot afford the next tier and do not face the same barriers as those needing a scholarship slot.

    Consider this option if you:

✓ Are a gig or service worker, or have sporadic employment

✓ Can afford necessities and most bills consistently

✓ Have income but face barriers that impact your ability to work more or more consistently (disability, family caretaking, etc.)

  • The cost of this service in the absence of a sliding scale.

    For those who:

✓ Make minimum wage, are self-employed, or have a stable job

✓ Can cover their basic needs + some extras sometimes

✓ Have access to financial support (a stable job, can use Klarna or Afterpay, etc.)

✓ Choose to go out to eat or drink 2 or more times a month

  • This ticket creates a scholarship slot.

    For those who may:

✓ Own property or a vehicle

    ✓ Have employer benefits

✓ Have traveled this year or contribute to savings

✓ Come from privilege (including whiteness)

✓ Choose to go out to eat or drink weekly

scholarship slots

Limited scholarship slots are available for those struggling with access to basic needs (housing, food, childcare, etc.) due to systemic barriers such as:

  • Age, disability, immigration status, or incarceration history

  • Choosing between survival items (food vs medicine, etc.)

  • Family history of enslavement or forced displacement.

If you are interested in being added to the scholarship waitlist, please fill out this interest form, and I will reach out as slots get funded.

payment plans

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

Payment plans may be available through Klarna and Affirm at checkout — options vary based on individual approval.

cancellations & refunds

Cancellations for any reason are accepted up to 14 days before the cohort start date. Refunds will be issued minus payment processing fees, which range from 3-6% depending on your payment method. These fees are paid to our payment processor (Stripe, Klarna, or Affirm) at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once we are within 14 days of the cohort start date or once the cohort has begun.

If you have questions about payment or need to discuss your registration, please contact me via email.

  • Good! Most people haven't done it in such an intentional way. You don't need to know anything going in - but you should be open to sitting with uncomfortable realizations and not immediately jump to fixing or explaining them away.

  • 90 minutes on Saturdays for 6 weeks, plus two 1:1 sessions (welcome and integration). Between sessions, you'll work through workbook prompts - usually 30-60 minutes a week.

  • Because folks are being vulnerable and sharing personal information, the weekly groups will not be recorded.

However, you'll still have access to the community and workbook to stay connected.

  • As much or as little as feels right, keeping in mind you may get more when you give more. If you stay surface-level the whole time, the work stays surface-level too. Some people process out loud, others need to listen and work through prompts privately first. Both work, but don't hide the whole time and then wonder why nothing shifted.

  • While I guess that could technically happen, think about this: if everything in your life is in such immediate and desperate need of change…why hasn’t that happened already? What were you gaining from staying in that place? What do you stand to lose by wildly shifting over night? Is that even possible?

Yes, values work can absolutely bring up a LOT, and may even cause a sense of urgency. The good news is, that is such important information to have, and now you get to make more informed decisions in your life.

  • You can continue meeting as an ongoing facilitated group with other graduates (interest-dependent), join the Values in Community cohort, or explore other Felt Not Fixed offerings.

  • Be honest about your current financial reality. If you can afford a higher tier and choose a lower one, you're taking a spot from someone who genuinely needs that access. The model only works if we're all truthful about our resources.

  • You're getting 11 hours of focused work with me (6 group sessions + 2 individual sessions), a comprehensive workbook, ongoing community access, and the option to continue in an ongoing group after. If you were to book this as 1:1 coaching, it would cost significantly more. The cohort model makes this work more accessible while still being sustainable for me to run.
