know what matters;
live like it does

Values Cohorts are small-group experiences for people who want to identify your values, notice when you're in or out of alignment, work through the tension when values compete, and practice making decisions that actually reflect what you care about.

You can care deeply about certain things and still notice that your time, energy, and attention keep going elsewhere. Days fill up. Obligations stack. The things that matter most get squeezed into the margins, or postponed for a “later” that never quite arrives.

Most people aren’t disconnected from their values because they haven’t thought about them enough. They’re disconnected because they’re living inside inherited priorities — family expectations, productivity culture, survival strategies, identities they had to perform — and haven’t had space to slow down and sort out what’s actually theirs.
