Participation Agreement.

Please read the following before scheduling or attending any coaching session, workshop, or group.

1. Coaching Nature

I understand that Felt Not Fixed coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process focused on values exploration, personal growth, and support. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or any formal mental health treatment.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Coaching services do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. If I need such care, I commit to seeking appropriate professional help.

3. Confidentiality

While Felt Not Fixed strives to respect privacy, coaching sessions and group interactions are not legally confidential in the way psychotherapy is. I acknowledge the limits of confidentiality in virtual group settings.

4. Payment and Cancellation

I agree to pay for sessions or groups in advance according to the stated fees. I understand and accept the cancellation policy associated with the session, workshop, or group I am booking.

5. Session Participation

For virtual sessions, workshops, or groups, I will attend from a private, distraction-minimized environment with stable internet. I am responsible for my engagement and safety during sessions.

6. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that my choices, decisions, and outcomes are my own responsibility. I agree to communicate openly about my needs and limits.

payment & payment plans.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Payment plans may be available through Klarna, Affirm, or the native Squarespace payment at checkout — options vary based on individual approval.

Scholarship spots are available for some offerings. If you register via a scholarship, your spot is confirmed upon receipt of your approval email. Cancellations for scholarship registrations follow the same policy as paid registrations.

cancellations & refunds

Cancellations for any reason are accepted up to 7 days before the workshop, group, or cohort start date. Refunds will be issued minus payment processing fees, which range from 3-6% depending on your payment method. These fees are paid to our payment processor (Stripe, Klarna, or Affirm) at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once we are within 7 days of the cohort start date or once the cohort has begun.
