Some things you can't learn by reading about them or thinking harder. You have to actually practice with other people, in real time, making mistakes and trying again.

These groups and workshops are where you get to do that. Figure out what matters, practice saying it out loud, try being "too much" on purpose, mess up in low-stakes ways so you can show up differently when it counts. It's experiential, interactive, and way more fun than sitting alone trying to perfect yourself into clarity.
