the world is overwhelming and your feelings make sense

We live in a world that often rewards disconnection and performance over presence. So if you're exhausted from pretending you're fine, burned out in work that doesn't match your values, or just done managing everyone else's comfort — you're not alone.

coaching with me means figuring out what you *actually* want

— not what you think you should want. Whether that's in your career, your relationships, or how you're running your life day to day. As your coach, we'll work together to build a life that aligns with your values; practice taking up space; practice saying the hard shit; and practice being your best, truest you.

ways we can work together

A workspace with an open laptop displaying a social media webpage, an open notebook with a pen, a white mug, a glass jar with flowers, and a wooden tray with a teapot and a jar of tea on a wooden table near a window.

how i work

My approach is grounded in lived experience, liberatory psychology, and a deep belief that your sensitivity, authenticity, rage, and softness are all signs of your humanity — not your failure.

Together, we make space for what’s real. We stay with the hard questions and feelings. We practice being human without needing to ~optimize~ or perform.

Let's put your energy and care back where it belongs -- in yourself, your beliefs, and your community.

This work is especially shaped by neurodivergence, burnout, and the exhaustion of masking to get by — if that's familiar, you're in the right place.
